Shipping

We ship our products with PostNL. The following applies: ordered before 17:00 is shipped the same day. When the products you ordered can get through the letterbox, we will send a letterbox package. You do not have to stay at home for this. If the products you ordered do not fit through the letterbox, we will send a normal package.

Delivery

Usually your package will be delivered within one week. Packages to the Netherlands will most of the time be delivered the next day. Delivery time for packages to other countries in the European Union is a little bit longer. If you still haven't received the package after one week: please give us a call or send us an E-mail, so we can check what the status of the shipment is.
